Thrifting On Thursday

At lunch today I decided I needed a little thirfting. I found this old metal plate "The Charms Of Country Living" and a small picture stamped Brooks and Streams. The sconce is heavy brass. I love how all of the golden rusty patina works together.

  2. Hi Regina - love what you said about needing a little thrifting...that's the truth! It is always a treasure hunt. Your finds look great together in your photo -the burnished brass took some time to get that way! I am drawn to that old patina too and sometimes think perhaps I should've been born in time past!
